Attempt fix to Gibbingtons gibbing the wrong organs

Apparently, Gibbingtons (and any gibbing, for that matter) can cause the "chest" to blow off. And while there is an exception to make sure that the chest is never blown off in that case, the exception doesn't cover the groin

This should explain why you can't put jumpsuits on gibbing victims that you somehow managed to revive without cloning

Hopefully fixes #5678 (closed), unless I missed something
