Adds a sweet dispenser, this PR is far from finished but the basic framework is done.

The dispenser dispenses different coloured sweets. If you emag the dispenser then the sweets will have mystery 'fun' chemicals in them, ranging from the helpful to the benign to the horrific. Who knows what will happen when you eat one!

TODO:

  • Make sure sweet icons are working Done
  • Make the machine emaggable Done

Unless Travis decides it hates my map editing, or unless I've made some hilarious error I haven't spotted yet, this PR should be finished now.
