Also fixes rotation of shuttle windows

Also absolute pathing for supplyshuttle.dm

Also removes old /area/supply/station and /area/supply/dock areas, replacing them with /area/shuttle/supply

Dynamic lighting is disabled for now

Changes the supply shuttle to use new shuttle code
