Add proper heartbeat loop, heartbeat and ear-ring single

All sounds are 10 seconds. Single sounds fade (in and out), the heart beat loop sound has been edited so that it loops seamlessly in Audacity (I could not manage to obtain that effect with the ear ring, but then looping ear ring is a perfect recipe for badmin lynching)

Currently only plays as a rare pick in Hallucinations audio. I consider that ear ring could be added on hearing damage/loss of any kind, or specifically on flashbangs. As for the heart beat, most likely in crit or something, although I don't know if DM handles sound looping in any manner

Also before you ask, the ear ring volume was lowered as much as possible. It's distinct, but it shouldn't numb your ears, at least not unless you spend 10 minutes carefully listening to and editing it
