Clown Curse no longer prevents wizards from casting robed spells

I've seen a fair few complaints regarding this.

Currently a wizard who has been clown cursed loses his sandals. He can still wear his robe and wizard hat but the lack of sandals will prevent him from being able to cast spells that require a full wizard outfit. The clown curse is extremely persistent and short of having your shoes snatched by a wizard, you will likely be screwed out of any robed spells that you have.

I don't really lean strongly one way or another but as I have said, I have seen a fair few people complain about it and it wasn't really something I intended when I first added the clown curse. Would greatly appreciate any opinions on the matter.
