Fixes #4749 (closed) Fixes #6611 (closed) Fixes unreported issue where deactivating a camera would actually still allow the AI to see through it (!!!) Makes cameras even easier to upgrade, now you can simply open the maintenance panel and j-j-jam the upgrades in without needing to touch any of the wires. Fixes the "deactivate camera" sound being ear-piercingly loud

I was only finally able to test this due to @RemieRichards' sage insight on howe 2 multibox

OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER Currently, pulsing the alarm wire on a camera only does a "beep" message, without actually activating the alarm. This means that, not only you can easily deactivate a camera by just pulsing every wire and the AI will NEVER be notified, but you will also know which wire is the alarm wire if you wanted to deconstruct the camera (ALSO with the AI NEVER being notified). Should this be changed?
