Fix two Metaclub issues

  • Fixed the Atmos Monitoring computer instance that add a -2y offset to no longer have that offset. Fixes #6618 (closed)
  • Since Metaclub's asteroid was mostly copied over from Boxstation, I went ahead and copied the functional Research Cycling airlock as it appears on the latest version of Box. Fixes #6159 (closed)
  • Replaced all lights on the outside of the asteroid with mining lanterns for the same reason they already were in Boxstation, trimmed unneeded area pockets while in here and fixed one Mech charging station not being in a station area

The changes should be explicit enough
