Added: New PDA cartridge for the chef equipped with a reagent scanner
Bugfix: Snackbars are now deleted when a reaction causes their reagents to be completely emptied
Bugfix: Fixed CondiMaster displaying a pill bottle message due to some inheritance from the ChemMaster
