Implants now survive monkeying completely.

Implants such as the tracking and chemical implants stopped working when the person implanted with them turned into a monkey, previously they even broke the prisoner implant computer (but not the locater, heh) and could not be removed via surgery after a monkeying since they weren't bound to an organ anymore. Now they will continue working while the person is a monkey and even if they become a humanoid later.
