Adds luminol and associated mechanics (part of @Zuhayr's port of Aurora forensics) and some alt. titles/outfits to the detective's closet. To do:

  • Fix conflicts
  • Add the uniforms and titles
  • Not get yelled at for violating AGPL
  • Make a changelog
