Detective Update

Yet again, commit madness edition. Once upon a time I saw @Zuhayr's port of Aurora's forensics system and one aspect of it is going to be represented in this little update. UV Light & Luminol: This adds a new system. Luminol is a liquid which, upon spraying onto something, will reveal blood under UV lighting, if the blood was not thoroughly cleaned. This update also features snowflake shit, such as: Alternative Job Titles: 2 new detective titles with new starting jumpsuits. More Outfits: 2 new outfits added to the detective's locker.
