Several Small Taxi Fixes

  • Enlarged engineering just a little.
  • Added a singularity telescreen outside engine room.
  • Adjusted engine room so that rad collectors are closer to singularity generator.
  • Fixed a floating fire extinguisher in engineering.
  • Removed the table between kitchen and botany so that chefs and botanists can get between departments.
  • Added two trays to hydroponics.
  • Enlarged xenobio cells to 2x3.
  • Adjusted lights in several areas which were too dim.
  • Fixed access requirements on kitchen maint.

Fixes #7401 (closed)

I know dylan is about to do his map resize thing but I figured I'd open this anyway Also there's some funny things going on with the diffs idk
