Adds a few missing sanity checks Condenses a lot of shittily formatted or outdated sanity checks Doesn't even scratch the surface of improper sanity checks in the code

Fixes #8092 (closed)

I tested the added sanity but I did absolutely NOT test all the other cases of condensed sanity, given that it's the same shit I can have a reasonable belief that they work
