Allows baby carps to grow up

Fixes #8221 (closed)
- Baby carps now attack unconscious mobs
- When baby carps attack living mobs (monkeys, animals, humans, etc. Robots don't count) enough times (15 times, to be exact), they grow up
- Baby carps can be fed by attacking them with meat (any meat-based food item will do). Feeding them has a 25% chance of making them your friend, and will also speed up their growth (food with more nutriment is more effective - food with no nutriment won't make them grow)
- Carp babies inherit their mother's friend list, so if you manage to "tame" a female carp, her babies will be your friends for life. This applies to all hostile mobs, but currently only carps breed
- Also adds "meat_amount" var to living mobs that defaults to the mob's size
- To clarify: carps don't breed if there are more than 50 of them in world. They also don't breed in really crowded places, so you can't lock 2 carps and 1000 monkeys in a 1x1 space and come back to 50 adult carps
