Anchor Arms

I really always liked the buff spessman sprites, but they were always locked behind adminbus. Now every spessman can be buff.

I haven't yet found a good way to get the arms' sprite to cover jackets without also covering anything held in the hand. So if you don't want them to look weird, don't wear a jacket with them.
