Russian revolver once again works

A tested for every 15 minutes spent on this.

+- bugfix: "The russian revolver finally works. Spinning randomizes ammo location. Click with single round or 357 box of ammo to add a round and spin it. Click it in hand to spin it. Target head or mouth and click yourself to try your luck. Right click > empty ammo to empty out all the ammunition (including the spent casings)." +- tweak: "Spent casings are now named as such to make retrieving unspent ammunition from a pile easier."
