adds nuke poster

renames contraband.dmi since the only thing in it is posters moves my previously made poster into the correct file standardizes the beach posters to be like the rest of the poster defines

I would add this to the maps, however mapping posters to be a specific one doesn't work as-is, not even via setting the serial_number to the correct value.
