Makes Golems Immune to Hypothermia and Fixes Golem Names

I previously did not see the var for it, but it's fixed now. Golems are now 100% completely spaceproof. They also don't have sweat glands, though I'm not sure if that var is even used anywhere.

I also fixed the golem names file, apparently Byond doesn't like Unicode text files, as every name was coming out as ÿþA.
