Shower hotfixes

• Fixes flipped min-max instruction causing cool showers to instantly cool people who were hotter than body temperature to body temperature. They will now go through the whole "cool it down 0.5°C a tick" routine, no more magic anti-plasma fire beacons
• When your hands are cleaned, it now actually visually cleans them, fixes #9507 (closed)
