Make Chemistry-Recipes absolute pathed, remove Antidepress file

Yep, the diff isn't showing because the ENTIRE FUCKING FILE WAS RELATIVE PATHED JESUS CHRIST

  • Move Antidepressants to the respective files and delete the .dm along the way. We don't need a file for two reagents. If anything, we could potentially use it for slime reactions and food/drinks, but not in this PR
  • Update antidepressant code because it was not using the latest sanity standards for chemicals (not that anyone would have realized anyways, who the fuck makes them)
  • Formatting pass on Chemistry-Recipes.dm. Now every single last thing is absolute pathed. Did some misc stuff like adding spaces and tabs for readability, but zero actual code changes

Also, I swear the person who wrote all this new slime shit knew about our pathing policy. So, what the fuck
