Skeletal form of vox, guaranteed to not clip with existing vox clothing. Caused by melting as vox, they don't bleed, don't need to breathe and don't have skin to cut with surgery. Can speak vox-pidgin but not clatter. Footprints use proper claw sprite, sprites work with limb swap, they have vox names if spawned. Uses the same primal form as regular vox as I thought I would wait for them to get revisited, but still adds the sprites.

Tested everything I though of. It compiles.
