Added the hemostat to robotics, since brain surgery now needs it.
Added a cyborg analyzer to robotics, since it's pretty much a requirement if a really damaged borg runs in.
Added new jumpsuits to the robotics wardrobe.
Moved science headset from table to wardrobe.

Just a mapfix, basically. Addresses #1620 (closed) and previous issues.
