bug detector

This is a port of /tg/'s "AI detector" syndicate item with some tweaks as requested by #1647 (closed). Now detects if the AI can see you, if a pAI is nearby, if an active tape recorder is nearby, or if a voice analyzer (or an assembly/transfer valve with a voice analyzer attached) is nearby. The green light on the multitool icon changes in response to detected devices. Still functions as a normal multitool.

Edit: Can now see all detected bugs by examining the multitool; icon change still determined by priority.

Color code is: red for AI can see you orange for pAI nearby yellow for active tape recorder nearby blue for voice analyzer nearby green, obviously, is all clear
