-Fixes a bug where diamonds were inheriting plasma door properties. -Fixes #2799 (closed), microwaves should accept any reagent container that holds space cleaner only. I dont see how anything could go wrong with this. -Fixes #2889 (closed), comments out goon materials until they are actually in use to stop them from appearing on material lists. -Adds admin logging for the e20, and gives a slightly longer delay for bigger explosions. -Gives the all-in-one grinder the wrench flag so that it can be moved. -Fixes #2926 (closed), chargers shouldn't upgrade whether or not you choose yes now.
