Supermatter Cascade fixes and improvements

- Fixed a bug that prevented the Supermatter Cascade's bluespace blob from ever expanding.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Supermatter Cascade's Bluespace rift from teleporting the mobs in range.
- The Bluespace Rift has a brand new sprite!
- The Bluespace Rift can now be seen through walls.
- Reduced the Bluespace Rift's teleport range so it matches its sprite (it's actually much easier to reach now anyway since you can see it from afar)
- The world now bakes in a weak green/yellowish light during a Supermatter Cascade, improving visibility.
- Added a sound that plays when a Supermatter Cascade is triggered.
- All players are now actually flashed by a blinding light when a Supermatter Cascade is triggered.
